Pericope 19 - New True One People of the True One God!
And up he goes into a mountain and
calls to come near to him those whom he wants,
and they went to him. Appointing twelve (who'd "man"
the places of the twelve tribes who had gone..
..so poorly in their history so far -
the sons of Isra'-el, who led twelve tribes.
A new Isra'-el had come where they are
in time, and space; and this is God's new "vibe".)
And giving a new name he called them his
own "sent ones" ("ap-os-tell-ous" in the Greek),
to herald his own message, take his biz'
ness out, when they'd "hung with him" so to speak -
known him, his ways, and motivations, and
his "take" on things, and plans and policies.
And they would have authority to (stand,
& like him) throw out demons. … They were these
[the twelve he then apointed], added he
• to Simon, the name "Peter" (-means "bedrock"),
• and James who was the son of Zebedee
• and John, the brother of that James, unmocked
to these he adds the name "Bo-anergies",
which is the Sons of Thunder (-Thunderers.
Did this allude to when they'd use their knees
and hands, and mouth, to "herald out" his news?)
• and Andrew, • Philip, • and Bartholomew,
• and Matthew, • and too Thomas, • also James
the son of Alphaeus, • Thadeus too,
• and Simon, Caananite (zealous for shames
a-righted, "Canaan" back to rightful ones
- who, as they saw it, were children who came
from Abraham, then Isaac, Jacob's sons)
• and Judah Iscarioth13 who'd betray 'im.

Mark 3:13-19 NA28
13. Judah Iskarioth, probably the most like Jesus's own parents' family, of the tribe of Judah, from that famous town Kerioth in the South. In fact according to Mark, later on, the list of Jesus's own brothers included a Simon, a James, & … a Judah.
